Planning

During the treatment planning process, if our patients wish to participate, we will be happy to plan the treatment process with them. For those who cannot be involved, we offer the most appropriate and personalized treatment plan prepared by specialist doctors in their field, after receiving all medical information and examination results. If there are multiple treatment options, we contact our patient and, together with our expert team, decide on the most suitable method. With IHC HEALTHY LIFE, patients have the opportunity to quickly access medical evaluations from physicians who are the best in their field. The patient’s condition is evaluated within 24 hours, and feedback is promptly provided. Patients can access and compare all information about all centers where they can receive treatment. They can make comparisons being informed about all medical technologies used in the treatment. Patients can also access and compare all alternative price options for their treatments and choose the most suitable one for their budget.

Travel and Accommodation

Flight tickets are provided by the IHC HEALTHY LIFE Health Team or personally, depending on the patient’s preference. If the patient’s health condition does not permit air travel, they are transported from their location by air ambulance by the IHC HEALTHY LIFE Health Team. If the patient needs to stay in a hotel before or during the treatment, the IHC HEALTHY LIFE Team will make the necessary reservations. IHC HEALTHY LIFE has contracts with hotels located close to hospitals all over Turkey. Our patients can choose their hotel among the alternatives that fit their budget and preferences. Upon arrival in Turkey, the patient is met at the airport by a representative of the IHC HEALTHY LIFE Team and transferred to the hotel or hospital where they will stay. A phone line is provided for patients to use if needed during their treatment.

Treatment Process

A phone line is provided to patients if they need it during the treatment. Treatments are carried out in hospitals equipped with JCI certified high medical technology and the best doctors in their field. Transportation from the airport or hotel on the day of treatment is provided by IHC HEALTHY LIFE. The IHC HEALTHY LIFE staff, chosen from assistants who speak the patient’s native language and are fluent in a foreign language, ensures that there are no communication barriers. IHC HEALTHY LIFE is with the patients 24/7. Every stage of the treatment is monitored by hospital doctors with whom IHC HEALTHY LIFE has a contract.

Post Discharge Process

IHC HEALTHY LIFE makes all the necessary arrangements for the patient’s discharge day. Patients are informed about follow-up appointments and post-operative care before leaving the hospital. The transfer to the airport is free of charge. If desired by the patient and their relatives, optional extra touristic trips are organized by IHC HEALTHY LIFE. Trip details and pricing are prepared according to the patient’s budget and request and submitted for approval.

Cultural and Touristic Package

After returning to their country, patients can always contact the IHC HEALTHY LIFE Health Team for post-treatment care, questions, and opinions. If desired, optional extra touristic trips are organized by IHC HEALTHY LIFE. Trip details and pricing are prepared according to the patient’s budget and request and submitted for approval.

The Process After Leaving Turkey

After returning to their country, patients can contact the IHC HEALTHY LIFE Health Team at any time for post-treatment care, questions, and opinions.
